Welcome! We are honored to support you as you begin activating your organic Lightbody. Your Lightbody consists of the informational instruction sets that inform your physical experience. Awakening is a dual process that is both energetic and deeply physical, reaching down to your subatomic and cellular levels.
As you begin, please remember that this is not a race. The goal is to embody these shifts and allow your physical body to merge with your Divine Light.
Integration Tip: This work is physically intensive. It is highly recommended to give yourself 3 to 5 days between these sessions to allow your physical body to integrate and ground the shifts.
A Note on Pacing: Always listen to your body. You may experience physical sensations as your consciousness expands and your frequency rises. Rushing through the portal is not the goal. Embodying the light is the priority.
