Many of you are uncovering patterns that bring up emotions, memories, and triggers that feel very "charged."
I am sharing a simple yet powerful technique I have used for decades. I don't even know who to credit, as I believe I found it back in the 1980s. I think of it as a "timeline clearing," but I've adapted it over time to include the quantum levels as well.
Before you begin, a few things will help.
When you think of the past, where is it in your awareness? Is it to the side of you? If so, which side? Is it behind you?
To give you a visual, if you were the center of a clock, would the past be at 4 p.m., 6 p.m., or 8 p.m.?
There is no right or wrong answer here.
It may be below you, or straight up or down. It is just for your reference, so you know before you begin using this technique. You just need a sense of it; don't overanalyze it.
Focus on one emotion or pattern at a time.
For example, when I first felt alone (left out, lonely). I recommend keeping a list of emotions or patterns in your journal to see if any related ones still need to be cleared.
Do this in private, where you will not be disturbed. Turn off your phone, the TV, etc. Do this lying down or sitting comfortably. Your body may shake as the energy is released. You may have spontaneous tears or sounds surface. Allow it with ease and grace.
Remember, you are safe.
This process helps your body release trapped old energy and patterns that are NO LONGER your truth. Breathe and know you are LOVING your body into wholeness.
You don't need to relive the experience.
You are simply moving into the "imagination," visualizing your timeline BEFORE the experience got locked into your nervous system and body, and clearing it. You are not visualizing or feeling the experience. You are "dropping into your timeline" before it happened and neutralizing, LOVING yourself back into neutrality with ease. No drama, no trauma, just YOU taking back your energy.
Listen to your intuition. You may need to do just one "event" or memory per sitting, or you may be able to do more than one. Remember, each time you do the technique, only focus on one event. But you may be able to do several in a day (listen to your intuition and body).
I found that when I cleared early in my timeline, it changed more than what I was "focused" on. In other words, this process worked on more than my consciousness was aware of at the time.
Before you begin, identify the one emotion or trigger and the first time you were aware of it (what age, where were you, etc.).
Again... just the information; it's like finding the index card in the library... It's the point in the timeline you will work from.
I will have you imagine yourself above your timeline - do not let this be confusing. I do not want you to leave your body. I am just giving you a visual to use for awareness and visualization during the technique.
